Full-Arch Zirconia
Predictable full-arch restorations built on a precise digital workflow. Full-arch zirconia is direct to MUA.
Direct-to-MUA Zirconia
Milled monolithic or highly esthetic zirconia, direct to MUA.
PMMA Prototype / Try-In
Verify aesthetics, occlusion and fit before the final.
Surgical Guides
Printed full-arch guides and basic implant guides.
Highly Polished Where It Meets the Tissue
Every Ivory full-arch zirconia restoration is finished with highly polished surfaces wherever it nears the gingiva, following the Ivory Dental Lab polishing protocol. It is a deliberate step, not a cosmetic one.
Less plaque to hold on to
Laboratory studies consistently find that smoother zirconia collects less bacterial biofilm than rough surfaces. A polished surface gives plaque fewer places to anchor beside the soft tissue.
A surface tissue can attach to
Epithelial cells attach to a material through hemidesmosomes, anchored by integrins. Zirconia is a biocompatible ceramic, and smooth, well-finished surfaces are the starting point for healthy soft tissue to seal against it.
Healthier tissue over time
Clinical reports of monolithic zirconia describe reduced plaque accumulation and stable peri-implant tissue. A polished intaglio and emergence profile supports that, and is easier for your patient to keep clean.
What the research does and does not show: polished zirconia reduces bacterial adhesion in vitro, and soft-tissue results on zirconia are favorable in published clinical and laboratory work. Direct comparisons of polished versus glazed or machined zirconia on epithelial attachment, especially in full-arch cases, are still being studied. We follow the evidence as it develops.
